To ensure your query is responded to efficiently please include the following in your email.
If after investigating your complaint and we cannot reach an agreeable solution, we will issue you with a final response letter. If you remain dissatisfied you may then apply for alternative dispute resolution. In the event that 8 weeks has passed and you have not received a reply to your complaint, you may then apply for alternative dispute resolution.
In the unlikely event of a dispute arising which we cannot resolve to the mutual satisfaction of our customer and ourselves, Derby Car Centre will engage with the independent, accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution service provided by Kent County Council and will abide by the outcome of that process.
